Organizational psychology is about understanding what makes people thrive at work, improving the performance of teams and individuals, and gaining the skills to make the workplace a healthier and more productive environment.
In simple terms, organizational psychology studies human behavior in the workplace.
It focuses on evaluating individual, group, and organizational dynamics and using that research to identify solutions to problems that improve the well-being and performance of an organization and its employees.
Corporate psychology would include the following services in the workplace:
We will discuss your organization's current status and discuss your goals
We will collaboratively assess your organization to identify areas of concerns
We will discuss a plan, using a stepwise approach to achieve your goals, which will include recommendations and workshops for upper management, and one-on- one coaching whenever needed.
I will provide support through all phases of the plan until your goals are achieved
A Letter to My Patient
Thank you for visiting my website. I appreciate the time you’ve taken to learn more about my approach to mental health and wellness. Allow me to share a bit about myself and the values that guide my work.
From a young age, I’ve been deeply passionate about medicine, the intricacies of the human mind, and the profound impact of helping individuals achieve their desired state of well-being.
My journey into mental health began with studying psychology at the University of California – San Diego. Immersed in scientific research, I realized healing goes beyond the mind to include body, mind, and soul.
This led me to medical school, not to just prescribe medication, but to understand how the body works and offer integrated healthcare. My aim: a holistic approach for my clients’ physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Understanding the intricate balance of brain chemistry is fundamental to our mental well-being. Influenced by genetics, hormones, diet, and lifestyle, it’s crucial to address all these factors simultaneously for optimal results.
While positive psychology continues to emerge, I’ve dedicated over 15 years to its practice. My focus lies not only in treating mental illness but also in fostering mental well-being and positive mental health.
My philosophy is that mental health should be managed by a team that includes you and some healthcare professionals where you are the most important member of the team since you are the one who decides on your needs and your goals.
We emphasize the importance of recognizing the need for mental healthcare as the initial stride towards a fulfilling life. Take the first step on your path to recovery and self-care by scheduling an appointment with us today.
